Requirements
Must:
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, SCM, or similar modules.
- Practical experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher, and OTBI.
- Proficient in executing full lifecycle implementations and system upgrades.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-resolution capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal and client-facing communication skills.
- Ability to operate autonomously in both remote and onsite settings.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project teams effectively.
- Serve as an internal quality control reviewer for the project.
- Identify, assess, and quantify assumptions, risks, and challenges, ensuring they are regularly evaluated to mitigate risks and resolve any issues.
- Strategically plan, organize, oversee, and deliver the project on schedule and within budget.
