Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Over 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, ERP Analyst, or in a similar capacity within a dynamic environment focused on project delivery
- Practical experience with ERP systems and the software development lifecycle
- Solid grasp of business processes and data flows
- Familiarity with SQL and project management tools
- Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Proficient in conveying intricate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders while exhibiting a proactive problem-solving approach
- Experience in Food, CPG, Retail, or Supply Chain sectors (nice to have)
- Knowledge of Java and/or Microsoft Azure (nice to have)
- Proficiency in Spanish (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Collect, assess, and document business requirements across various departments including Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales, translating them into detailed technical specifications
- Serve as a bridge between business users, IT departments, and external suppliers
- Assist with ERP and associated systems by configuring, testing, deploying, and enhancing them continuously
- Design adaptable database architectures and implement IT systems tailored to business and technology requirements
- Engage in system upgrades, integrations, and IT-related projects from start to finish; manage project lifecycles effectively
- Create functional documentation, workflows, and user manuals
- Conduct and oversee system and user acceptance testing
- Offer application support and actively participate in continuous improvement efforts

This position is hybrid remote based in Coral Gables, FL 33134.
