Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in ServiceNow development.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture.
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Capacity to develop custom applications and streamline workflows within ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with ITSM, ITOM, or other ServiceNow modules is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to function independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Quick learner of new technologies, including the ability to pick up Python.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to work.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications are beneficial.
- At least 2 years of experience in ServiceNow development or similar roles.
- Experience with Python is a significant plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure applications and modules within ServiceNow.
- Customize ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and third-party applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and interpret requirements.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of ServiceNow applications.
- Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow solutions to boost performance and user experience.
- Document development processes, configurations, and modifications made.
