Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to Fuse.Cloud clients facing service challenges
- Oversee IT projects and facilitate customer onboarding onto our IT platform
- Conduct training sessions for all Managed Services offerings
- Manage client email hosting and maintenance
- Deliver desktop support and maintenance for clients
- Support and maintain client network systems
- Implement client data backup solutions
- Monitor and support client network assets
- Maintain on-premises Wi-Fi infrastructure
- Execute hardware and software upgrades for our clients
- Manage on-call IT support for Fuse.Cloud customers
Description
At Fuse.Cloud, the strength of our organization is rooted in our dedicated technical operations team. We are currently seeking a full-time IT Help Desk professional who will play a vital role in supporting our customers with IT-related onboarding, assistance, and maintenance. This position reports directly to the Director of Customer Support. We offer a competitive salary between $50,000 and $55,000 annually, along with an attractive benefits package that includes health and dental insurance, life insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and employee discounts. Our work schedule is Monday through Friday, and we are located in Jackson, MS, where in-person attendance is required.
