Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in a Security Engineer role or similar
- Proficient in English
- Completion of a four-year degree is mandatory
- Practical knowledge of COPPA compliance and childrens data privacy
- Strong expertise in secure data management, audit preparation, and privacy-by-design
- Experience in designing or supporting systems for content moderation, safety, and risk management
- Preferred background in regulated or high-trust consumer products
- Ability to tackle challenging issues and contribute to knowledge libraries
- Skills in continuous integration and application delivery
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Positive attitude and proactive mindset
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Significant experience with large, complex systems
- Capability to take full responsibility for your tasks and ensure alignment with team expectations
- Dedication to understanding and fulfilling the objectives of FullStacks clients
- Consistent availability for a 40-hour workweek
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients by integrating into their teams or working on FullStack product teams
- Engage with designers and engineers on a daily basis
- Contribute to the design and delivery of innovative products for clients
- Address and resolve complex security challenges as they arise
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices for data privacy
- Implement and maintain secure data handling practices
- Support the development of content moderation systems and risk control measures
- Participate in continuous improvement of integration and delivery processes
- Contribute to team knowledge and documentation through sharing of insights and experiences
