Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience with ERP systems; familiarity with Acumatica, NetSuite, Epicor, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly desirable.
- Educational background or experience in IT, such as a certification or diploma in a relevant field.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies, including Windows OS and Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Intune).
- Hands-on experience with system and platform integrations; solid database management skills are essential.
- Previous experience in logistics and e-commerce is advantageous.
- Comprehensive knowledge of cybersecurity principles.
- Awareness of VoIP solutions, such as RingCentral or similar services.
- Understanding of networking concepts and remote access tools (e.g., VPN, Remote Desktop).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills focused on efficient resolutions and preventive measures.
- Ability to operate independently as well as collaboratively within a team to ensure seamless IT operations.
- Proficient in problem-solving, critical analysis, and effective communication with users at various levels.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic setting.
- Team-oriented with a focus on collaboration across different IT sectors.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support ERP-related initiatives and projects to enhance our systems.
- Collaborate in troubleshooting and resolving ERP-related issues, determining root causes, and implementing viable solutions.
- Provide prompt IT Helpdesk and end-user assistance in a high-paced environment, ensuring efficient ticket resolution.
- Support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services (including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Intune) along with Windows-based environments.
- Diagnose and address hardware, software, network, and security issues, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.
- Escalate complex issues with comprehensive reports for further review and resolution.
- Identify the root cause of problems and recommend solutions to prevent future occurrences.
