Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare data analysis or provider analytics
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with healthcare claims, reimbursement models, or provider networks
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Analyze provider network data, focusing on utilization, reimbursement, and performance metrics
- Create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for leadership
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to enhance network efficiency and cost management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, contracting) to support initiatives
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data across systems
- Assist with forecasting, modeling, and strategic planning efforts
Description
We are looking for a meticulous Senior Provider Data Analyst to enhance our network operations through insightful data analysis and reporting. This position will focus on evaluating provider performance, reimbursement trends, and operational metrics to aid in strategic decision-making. Our role is remote, and it is a full-time position set to last for one year, with the potential for permanent employment.
