Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in architecture or interior design is preferred, but candidates from other fields are encouraged to apply.
- Expertise in Revit, including Xref and file linking, as well as setting up drawing sheets and creating/editing Revit families.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and FileMaker Pro is advantageous.
- Full-time commitment of 40 hours per week is essential.
- Willingness to commute weekly to our San Francisco office.
- Availability of 2-3 references upon request.
Responsibilities
- Export plans and model views from Revit to aid in the development of presentations.
- Model signage families and document signage locations and messages for construction documents.
- Compile milestone submittals and monitor changes.
- Provide assistance with construction administration activities.
