Requirements
Must:
- 2–5 years of experience in product support, IT support, QA, or technical operations.
- Familiarity with using and managing cases in a ticket management system.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- QA experience, including testing fixes and validating software behavior.
- Experience in supporting cross-functional teams in a business setting.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, SAP, Zoho, or other business systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary support resource for employees using Fraznet and other connected systems.
- Monitor, diagnose, and troubleshoot platform issues with a customer-focused approach.
- Create, prioritize, and manage tickets in our system with clear and comprehensive requirements and steps to reproduce.
- Act as a bridge between employees and our development team, ensuring smooth communication and minimal delays.
- Carry out backend validation and QA testing on bug fixes and updates.
- Document common issues, solutions, and best practices to enhance internal knowledge.
- Identify recurring issues and propose proactive solutions.
- Assist in user training, support documentation, and process enhancements across the organization.
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data flowing into our systems like HubSpot, SAP, and Zoho.
- Look for ways to elevate customer value and satisfaction beyond mere solutions.
- Perform additional duties as needed.

Were building a high-performance team and are in search of a Product Support Specialist who is eager to elevate our internal tools. Fraznet, our internal platform, connects data across HubSpot, SAP, Zoho, and various proprietary tools, providing our customers with real-time visibility into their performance. As our Product Support Specialist, you will become the Fraznet expert and act as the liaison between users and developers. Youll triage issues, manage tickets, test fixes, and proactively identify trends before they escalate.
