Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of professional experience in web application development
- 2+ years in production backend systems
- Proficient in PHP (Laravel preferred)
- Strong knowledge of MySQL, including query optimization and indexing
- Experienced in JavaScript (modern ES6+)
- Familiar with API integrations, particularly REST and third-party APIs
- Skilled in Git-based workflows
- Comfortable using Docker
- Knowledgeable in Apache/Linux server environments
- Preferred: Experience with OpenAI or other LLM APIs
- Preferred: Experience with Twilio APIs (Voice + SMS)
- Preferred: Background in building AI-assisted tools
- Preferred: Familiarity with structured and unstructured data
- Preferred: Infrastructure knowledge related to load balancing and monitoring
- Preferred: Proficiency in Bash/CLI
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement AI integrations across internal systems
- Integrate OpenAI and other AI APIs into our production workflows
- Transform existing report snapshots into intelligent, contextual analyses
- Develop AI-driven layers on structured and semi-structured data
- Automate reporting insights from historical datasets
- Set up monitoring systems for AI outputs and system reliability
- Create and maintain dynamic reporting dashboards
- Develop AI-enhanced report interpretation tools
- Structure and refine internal knowledge bases (KBs)
- Establish AI-assisted searchable documentation systems
- Optimize database queries for high-volume reporting
- Collaborate with Twilio APIs for voice and SMS communication
- Support AI-enhanced call workflows and analysis systems for call data
- Enhance operational automation and intelligence
- Improve our consumer-facing AI assistant used in lead generation
- Optimize AI-driven conversations for higher conversion rates
- Build and sustain chat-based flows within Laravel/PHP backend
- Refine decision trees utilizing real data insights
- Maintain and develop Laravel/PHP applications
- Create and manage internal APIs
- Optimize MySQL databases for performance
- Oversee deployments and overall infrastructure
- Ensure system performance during high load periods

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who is eager to play a vital role in building AI-driven systems and who thrives in a collaborative environment. Our position is full-time and requires in-person attendance at our Chadds Ford, PA office. Alongside a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $175,000+ based on experience, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to support our team.
