Requirements
Must:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in software engineering or IT/application support (internship or project experience is acceptable).
- A background in Engineering or Computer Science.
- Experience with data-intensive tasks, SQL, or analytics.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructures such as AWS, Azure, or similar platforms is advantageous.
- A natural inclination for problem-solving and curiosity about the interconnections of systems.
- Ability to decompose larger problems into manageable components and seek assistance when necessary.
- A strong desire to address business challenges and improve workflows across different departments.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the administration, monitoring, and upkeep of our primary Line of Business software and applications.
- Contribute to the establishment of processes that guarantee data integrity, availability, and security.
- Identify areas for application enhancement and propose ideas to improve user experience.
- Engage in hardware and software rollouts, training sessions, and user support activities.
- Conduct testing of updates and document systems, processes, and application usage.
- Support the deployment of application updates and aid in the development of small enhancements.
- Partner with senior engineers to troubleshoot problems and learn to design scalable solutions.
