Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in developing business-critical features from inception to launch using Python
- At least 2 years of experience in NLP and LLM applications
- A minimum of 2 years involved in the architecture and design of large-scale distributed systems
- Familiarity with async programming, threading, and multi-processing
- Previous experience with Django is highly advantageous
- Knowledge of Open Source vector databases
- Strong engineering credentials – Bachelors degree in EECS, Mathematics, or Physics
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of XML and JSON is a plus
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable, secure backend systems in Python/FastAPI for multi-tenant, real-time enterprise AI platforms with SSE streaming and async-first architecture
- Create and manage AI Agent frameworks using LangGraph or LangChain, focusing on lifecycle management and automated evaluation pipelines
- Develop and enhance LLM inference pipelines utilizing LiteLLM or AWS Bedrock, integrating RAG workflows with popular open source vector databases
- Engineer intelligent document intelligence and NLP pipelines using transformer-based models for tasks such as semantic analysis, classification, risk scoring, and multi-hop reasoning
- Oversee production deployments on AWS (ECS, etc.) with monitoring through CloudWatch, ensuring HIPAA/HITRUST compliance and adhering to a zero-trust security model
- Deliver comprehensive, end-to-end AI solutions from regulated-industry workflow design to customer-facing systems, accompanied by full CI/CD coverage
