Must:

Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support to clients for IT and VoIP services, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install and configure IT systems, servers, networking equipment, and VoIP solutions based on client requirements.
- Diagnose and promptly resolve technical issues to minimize downtime for clients.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, updates, and patches to maintain system reliability and security.
- Effectively communicate with clients to comprehend their needs, clarify technical solutions, and offer training when necessary.
- Keep accurate and updated records of client systems, configurations, and issue resolutions.
- Collaborate closely with team members, including remote support and engineering teams, to tackle intricate technical challenges.
- Utilize technical expertise to assist the sales team by demonstrating solutions, addressing client inquiries, and contributing to proposal development.
Description
We are looking for local applicants only for this full-time position, offering a starting salary of $50,000 per year.
