Requirements
Must:
- 4–5 years of experience in business systems, process enhancement, operations, or legal operations
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Familiarity with or experience in the legal field is advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a natural curiosity
- Exceptional communication skills; capable of bridging the gap between business users and technical teams
- Proficient in conducting user testing, resolving issues, and collecting actionable insights
- Highly organized and systematic regarding documentation, ticket management, and enhancement requests
- AI-oriented mindset with an interest in automation and efficiency solutions
- Quick learner who appreciates mentorship and is not hesitant to ask questions
- Passionate about assisting others and enhancing how systems facilitate actual work
Responsibilities
- Develop an in-depth understanding of Forthright’s business systems, including client-facing platforms, internal tools, and AI functionalities
- Collect, document, review, and refine business and system requirements; identify gaps, ensuring clarity and alignment
- Provide constructive input and recommendations for system enhancements and new features, prioritizing usability and business value
- Plan, coordinate, and execute user testing to verify system updates prior to roll-out
- Generate and sustain clear documentation for system processes, improvements, and AI-related workflows; assist with user training when necessary
- Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams to articulate needs, changes, and feedback
- Support the identification and execution of tangible AI applications to boost efficiency and workflows, collaborating with leadership
- Stay informed on emerging tools and technologies, sharing ideas for continuous enhancement
