Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in launching and successfully delivering products to customers.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities, able to convert market data, customer insights, and competitive analysis into coherent strategic directives and product plans.
- Background in the healthcare, medical, or dental sectors.
- At least 2 years of experience in product management.
- Proficient in engaging effectively with all organizational levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for varied audiences.
- A systematic, process-oriented mindset.

Bonus qualifications:
- Degree in life sciences, medicine, or engineering.
- MBA or experience in consultancy.
- Knowledge of manufacturing, regulatory, or product standards within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences.
- Familiarity with 3D printing technologies and materials.
- Experience with data tools like Tableau or SQL.
Responsibilities
- Identify current and future customer needs within the expanding healthcare and dental sectors, working collaboratively with technical and commercial teams to develop precise product specifications.
- Prioritize and direct product development efforts, crafting comprehensive product specifications.
- Oversee and manage the market performance of our dental product line, utilizing internal tools to assess feedback, support, and analytics to suggest enhancements and plan strategic modifications.
- Operate independently in a dynamic environment, demonstrating leadership by promoting collaboration and communication across teams, including executives, to ensure team success.
- Assist in formulating the go-to-market strategy for new dental products and establish ongoing support plans post-launch.
- Analyze competitor activities and market requirements to continuously evaluate and adapt our product portfolio accordingly.
- Act as a vital technical and educational asset for customer-facing teams, aiding in the creation of impactful marketing and training materials.
