IT Director

- Develop and implement the company’s IT strategy in alignment with business goals and global operations - Lead cybersecurity efforts, focusing on risk management, threat detection, incident response, and compliance with regulations - Oversee IT operations, including infrastructure, networking, system administration, and user support across multiple global locations - Manage all elements of system integration and technology standardization during mergers and acquisitions - Collaborate with senior leadership to spearhead digital transformation and enhance operational efficiency through technology - Ensure adherence to data privacy and information security regulations, including GDPR and other relevant standards - Supervise the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and collaboration tools - Oversee vendor relationships, technology budgets, software licensing, and service-level agreements - Create and uphold IT policies, procedures, and governance frameworks to ensure consistency and reliability - Lead, mentor, and develop IT team members, promoting a culture of accountability, innovation, and teamwork - Implement metrics and reporting tools to evaluate system performance and return on investment - Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning to maintain system resilience
