Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a closely related field
- Strong expertise in Python programming
- Practical experience with agentic AI systems, including:
- Multi-agent workflows
- Tool/function calling
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector databases
- Familiarity with Cursor or a willingness to adopt it as a key development tool
- Proficiency with AWS and Docker
- Experience with relational databases; MySQL is preferred
- Capability to conceptualize loosely defined challenges and create comprehensive technical solutions
- Willingness to work on-site in our downtown Denver office
Responsibilities
- Own and enhance a Python-centric internal platform
- Design and deploy agentic AI systems, focusing on:
- Multi-agent architecture
- Tool-calling and function execution
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) using vector databases
- Create internal tools and automate workflows that significantly influence company operations
- Collaborate closely with the CEO to convert broad concepts into operational systems
- Develop AI-powered features utilizing Anthropic models
- Manage operations across AWS, Docker, and local infrastructure
- Design and uphold MySQL-supported services
- Make architectural choices prioritizing long-term maintainability
- Continuously enhance performance, reliability, and the developer experience
