Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of experience in product management, including a minimum of 3 years in leadership positions within the fintech or financial services sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to scale both B2B and B2C financial products within regulated frameworks.
- Strong competency in data-driven decision-making and strategic analysis.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
- Familiarity with contemporary product and growth methodologies (OKRs, product discovery, metrics-driven iteration).
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for various lending products (e.g., installment loans, revenue advances, and lines of credit).
- Lead and guide a team of product managers to ensure alignment with company objectives and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with engineering, risk management, and data teams to produce high-quality, compliant products.
- Establish and track essential product KPIs (such as adoption rates, revenue impact, customer retention, NPS) and foster ongoing enhancements.
- Simplify intricate financial, regulatory, and technical ideas into clear customer value messages.
- Act as the product representative during executive meetings, board reviews, and cross-departmental planning sessions.
