Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of experience leading ERP implementations, particularly with Infor Solutions (CloudSuite (M3), Factory Track, ION, Document Manager (IDM))
- Proven track record in developing and managing training schedules for ongoing education of employees on the Infor System
- Experience serving as a primary contact for business inquiries and communicating issues or recommendations to the implementation team pre-launch
- Familiarity with project management software such as Jira and Microsoft Project
- Demonstrated capability in facilitating executive-level project meetings and coordinating user training sessions, including support after training
- Solid background in managing comprehensive parallel testing between existing and new systems in cooperation with IT and business teams
- Over 5 years of experience in retail operations, particularly in manufacturing or contract-based settings
- Strong ability to engage business stakeholders and promote system adoption
- Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- PMP certification is preferred
- Outstanding leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, with experience in managing intricate cross-functional projects
- Thorough understanding of ERP functional and technical architecture, including system integrations and data migration
Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete implementation lifecycle of ERP systems from solution design and configuration to testing, training, and deployment, ensuring strict control over scope, timelines, and budget
- Develop and sustain precise project plans, establish milestones, allocate resources, and ensure adherence to established project management methodologies and governance protocols
- Manage project finances, estimate staffing needs, track resource utilization, and drive efficient project delivery
- Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors, providing regular updates to executive leadership and managing expectations throughout the project
- Identify, document, and mitigate risks and issues to ensure on-time and successful project delivery
- Support organizational change by implementing training programs and guiding users through system adoption and process transitions
