Cloud Administrator - AWS and Azure

- Bachelors degree in information technology or a related discipline; or 4 years of relevant experience in a professional office can be considered in lieu of a degree - Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in information technology, information security, or information analytics - Proven skills in analytical thinking, documentation, and procedural development - Certifications in IT (such as A+, MCSA, CISA, SSCP) are preferred - Experience performing security risk assessments, including network security evaluations and user access audits - Background in not-for-profit, government, or government-regulated sectors is advantageous - Exceptional oral and written communication abilities - Highly organized with a strong focus on detail - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Familiarity with planning, developing, managing, and supporting information systems - Capability to identify and strategize emerging technological and operational opportunities - Aptitude for presenting technical data to diverse audiences - Capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Experience managing contractors and vendors - Broad knowledge of hardware, software, and user monitoring through various platforms - Ability to maintain vendor relationships and oversee projects - Knowledge of SLAs with ISP-related service providers
