Requirements

- Proficient in configuring and operating Microsoft Intune for device management and policy enforcement.
- Strong skills in developing, testing, scheduling, and deploying patches and updates for Windows systems and third-party applications.
- Ability to monitor patch compliance and troubleshoot deployment failures.
- Experience in coordinating with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth patching activities.
- Skilled in creating and maintaining technical documentation and standard operating procedures for patch management.
- Familiarity with supporting audits and compliance reporting related to endpoint configuration.
- Involvement in endpoint security initiatives, including configuration hardening and vulnerability management.
Responsibilities
- Administer Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) for various deployment tasks, patch management, and compliance reporting.

- Set up and oversee Microsoft Intune for cloud-based management and application deployment.

- Oversee patch compliance, diagnose deployment issues, and resolve update challenges.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to coordinate patch activities.
- Develop and maintain documentation and procedures for patch management processes.
- Assist in audits and security assessments concerning endpoint configurations.
- Participate in initiatives focused on enhancing endpoint security through configuration and vulnerability remediation.
