Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline
- Over 3 years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, or operational reporting
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities to comprehend complex data
- Experience in manufacturing, operations, or industrial contexts is preferred
- Proficient in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and data visualization tools
- Strong communication capabilities to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with process mapping, business modeling, and workflow enhancements
- Familiarity with tools like Fathom, Visio, Jira, or similar applications is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Create and manage KPI dashboards, executive reports, and performance scorecards
- Analyze operational, financial, and production data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities
- Evaluate existing workflows in administration, production, and operations, suggesting process enhancements
- Assist in cost analysis for special projects, capital expenditures, and operational efforts
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations to collect, confirm, and assess business performance metrics
- Prepare monthly reporting packages for management and executive review
- Examine variances, trends, and forecasting outcomes to support strategic choices
- Develop dashboards and presentations that clearly convey business performance
- Aid in strategic initiatives through business modeling, research, and process documentation
- Utilize tools such as Excel, Power BI, Fathom, SQL, and other reporting platforms to enhance analytics and reporting effectiveness
