Requirements
Must:
- 3–5 years experience in business analysis, quality assurance, or a comparable hybrid position.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a proven history of identifying gaps or edge cases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar platforms.
- Previous experience in business aviation is desirable but not mandatory.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Nashua, NH.
Responsibilities
- Convert business requirements into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria using Azure DevOps.
- Manage customer-reported issues, ensuring proper prioritization and prompt resolution.
- Collaborate with Development Leads and Customer Success teams to oversee and communicate release cycles.
- Ensure quality and completeness of builds prior to production deployment.
- Provide effective technical and non-technical communication across remote teams.
- Champion user experience throughout the entire product lifecycle.
