Requirements
Must:
- 0 to 3 years of experience in UX or product design (including school projects, bootcamps, freelance work, or personal projects)
- A portfolio showcasing 2 to 4 projects (polished work is appreciated, but not mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of UX principles such as flows, hierarchy, and accessibility
- Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating design rationale clearly
- A positive, growth-oriented mindset with a strong desire to learn
- Nice to have: Interest in fitness, habit formation, or consumer mobile applications
- Nice to have: Experience designing for iOS/Android platforms
- Nice to have: Familiarity with usability testing, analytics, or A/B testing
Responsibilities
- Deliver UX design work focused on specific features within set guidelines, utilizing insights from our design team
- Enhance key user experiences such as onboarding, workouts, tracking, and motivational elements
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement updates efficiently
- Apply and refine a design system to maintain product consistency
- Participate in design reviews, receive critiques, and iterate designs promptly
- Conduct simple user testing (formal or informal) and translate feedback into design enhancements
