Requirements
Must:
- Must reside in Colorado Springs, CO or Pueblo, CO
- High school diploma or GED required
- 3–6 months of relevant experience or training preferred
- Previous technical support experience is beneficial
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to comprehend and interpret technical documentation
- Basic math skills (percentages, ratios)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Intermediate computer proficiency:
- Microsoft Office
- Windows and macOS
- Comfortable working with tablets, smartphones, laptops, and desktops
- Professional, patient, and customer-oriented demeanor
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting
- Weekend availability is essential
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer calls regarding internet and phone technical support
- Troubleshoot issues with:
- Modems and routers
- Wireless connectivity
- Email setup and configuration
- Diagnose phone service issues and guide customers to resolutions
- Adhere to established procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
- Document all customer interactions and generate service tickets
- Utilize remote desktop tools to assist customers
- Stay updated on product changes and technical developments
- Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to management
- Maintain and care for company-issued equipment
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
