Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, ideally in FinTech or a similar high-demand industry
- Proficient in JavaScript, including ES6+ features and asynchronous programming
- Skilled with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Svelte for developing responsive user interfaces
- Experience with CSS frameworks and utilities like Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or Chakra UI
- Strong background in back-end development using Node.js, Express, or similar technologies for creating RESTful APIs
- Hands-on experience with various databases, including relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis)
- Proven ability to utilize Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance software development processes, including code assistance and integrating AI tools into CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of FinTech principles, such as data encryption, API security (OAuth, JWT), and compliance standards (PCI DSS)
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and CI/CD pipelines
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and capacity to work independently or collaboratively
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end components of web applications using contemporary technologies
- Create and implement RESTful API services for seamless data interchange between client-side and server-side systems
- Integrate various databases to ensure efficient data management, storage, and retrieval
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to turn business requirements into technical solutions
- Optimize applications for speed, security, and scalability, addressing FinTech-specific requirements like compliance and real-time processing
- Diagnose, debug, and upgrade existing systems to adhere to high standards within a regulated industry
- Engage in code reviews, agile practices, and continuous integration/deployment processes
- Actively utilize LLMs (e.g., through APIs like Claude or custom models) to accelerate development tasks including code refactoring, debugging support, and prototyping features
