Requirements

Must:
- Extensive experience in providing senior-level technical support - Strong problem-solving skills in diagnosing and resolving IT issues - Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar incident management systems - Proficiency in managing hardware and software installations and upgrades - Capable of conducting technology assessments for functionality and upgrades - Knowledge of endpoint management tools such as MECM or NinjaOne - Excellent communication skills for collaboration with various teams - Ability to manage multiple projects effectively - Willingness to travel up to 75% within assigned regions - Physical capability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds and work in tight spaces

Responsibilities

- Deliver advanced technical support across corporate and branch locations - Serve as the primary escalation point for IT support technicians - Identify and remedy recurring issues through innovative solutions - Oversee incident management in ServiceNow for hardware and software problems - Analyze existing technology for operational efficiency and recommend upgrades - Procure necessary equipment within designated authority limits - Manage various projects, including lifecycle management of IT equipment and software updates - Lead location setups and installations independently - Diagnose and replace hardware components such as RAM and storage drives - Utilize remote management tools for endpoint management - Travel to sites for troubleshooting and installations as required - Act as remote support for other departments during specific tasks - Participate in on-call rotations and disaster recovery efforts - Maintain regular attendance and punctuality - Perform additional tasks as assigned.
