Requirements
Must:

- Relevant certifications or ongoing education in AI, data analytics, project management, or business analysis are a plus.
- 3–5 years of experience in technology, business analysis, process enhancement, digital transformation, data analytics, or project management.
- Proven experience collaborating directly with business units to gather requirements, define solutions, and oversee delivery.
- Familiarity with AI, automation, machine learning, data platforms, or emerging technology initiatives in a business context.
- Background in leading or coordinating cross-functional projects from concept to execution.
- Experience in the financial services, banking, or regulated industry is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to effectively engage with executive leadership and staff across the organization.
- Strong capability to cultivate productive relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from frontline personnel to executive leaders.
- Proficient in business analysis and requirements gathering techniques.
- Skilled in project coordination and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Capable of working autonomously yet collaborating with various business lines and support functions.
- Strong facilitation skills to encourage adoption, training, and alignment among teams.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business lines and support teams to identify, assess, and prioritize AI use cases that enhance efficiency, service delivery, decision-making, and operational performance.
- Lead discovery sessions to define business challenges, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable AI-enabled solutions.
- Evaluate AI tools, platforms, vendors, models, and solution options for business suitability, usability, scalability, governance alignment, and responsible adoption.
- Develop AI initiative scopes by documenting objectives, business value, success metrics, dependencies, risks, data needs, and implementation considerations.
- Oversee AI projects from ideation to deployment, ensuring timelines, deliverables, stakeholder alignment, and targeted business outcomes are met.
- Translate business requirements into actionable items for business teams, technology, data, risk, compliance, legal, and information security to facilitate effective solution design and delivery.
- Support the development, testing, implementation, optimization, and ongoing performance monitoring of AI solutions, including workflow automation, document processing, analytics, knowledge support, and generative AI use cases.
- Encourage responsible AI adoption by establishing standards, best practices, governance alignment, user training, change management, and a culture of practical innovation throughout the organization.
