Requirements
Must:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and technical proficiency
- Strong communication abilities to engage with both technical and non-technical users
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
- Customer service experience, preferably in a technical environment
- Willingness to undergo company-sponsored training as required
- Flexibility to travel periodically as needed
- Physical ability to sit for long periods and operate office equipment
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds as necessary
- Experience with software, applications, and hardware support is a plus
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and provide customer support
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating when necessary
- Act as a bridge between our employees and IT support teams
- Monitor and assist with various software, applications, and hardware issues
- Conduct follow-up calls to update customers and IT departments on ticket status
- Communicate effectively with both technical staff and non-technical personnel
- Complete required customer service training provided by the company
- Perform additional duties as assigned
