Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in application software programming
- Alternatively, High School Diploma or GED with 6 years of experience in application software programming
- Familiarity with programming languages such as XSLT, XPath, SOAP, REST, JSON, and API for data transformation and exchange
- Experience using Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Web Services
- Proficient with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) or similar code repository systems
- Knowledge of ServiceNow or other IT service management ticketing systems
- Understanding of System Development Life Cycle methodologies (such as Waterfall and Agile)
- Willingness to provide 24/7 on-call support on a rotating basis
Responsibilities
- Design and develop technical specifications for building integrations (inbound/outbound) across various functional areas including HCM and Payroll
- Utilize Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Custom Reports, and Web Services effectively
- Apply technical expertise to develop or install suitable software solutions and act as a resource for data processing systems
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to collect requirements and validate that solutions address their needs
- Execute unit testing and assist with Systems Integration Testing (SIT), oversee deployment, and address production issues
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, optimize functionality, and manage data integrity
- Provide business support through coding and process assurance while continuously striving to enhance processing capabilities, closely working with various business units and operations teams
Description

In this position, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data connections between Workday (for HR/Finance) and other systems, emphasizing seamless data flow and automation. You will work with tools such as Workday Studio, EIB, and Web Services, while also performing system analysis and enhancing data processing systems.
