Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field with 4 years of experience in software development and maintenance,
- Alternatively, a High School Diploma or GED with 8 years of relevant experience,
- 8+ years of software application development and maintenance experience preferred,
- Extensive knowledge of enterprise technologies such as Java, JMS, JDBC, web development, and transactions,
- Familiarity with fraud prevention, risk-based authentication, and secure digital experiences,
- Proficient with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML,
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud,
- Familiarity with Okta CIAM is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of CIAM and Fraud solutions/projects,
- Design and implement technical solutions tailored to user requirements for performance and reliability,
- Manage ongoing maintenance of existing IaaS/SaaS and on-premise applications to ensure stability and scalability,
- Coordinate troubleshooting efforts for code defects, data issues, and configuration challenges,
- Utilize sound judgement within established procedures to make informed decisions,
- Provide technical leadership for medium-sized projects when needed,
- Promote and enforce departmental best practices and guidelines,
- Demonstrate expertise in real-time and file-based integrations while optimizing database processing,
- Advocate for an exceptional developer experience,
- Commit to crafting elegant, maintainable, and secure code,
- Passionately pursue abstraction and refactoring,
- Engage in continuous learning and proactively contribute to team success.
