Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree with 4 years of experience in software application development and maintenance, or
- High School Diploma or GED with 8 years of experience in software application development and maintenance
- Over 8 years of experience focused on Front End/UI Software Engineering
- Profound knowledge of React 16+, Redux, Mobx Store Management, Node.js, Typescript, ES6, CSS3, CSS preprocessors
- Expertise in grid layout techniques and Jest testing
- Solid understanding of Agile and iterative delivery methodologies
- Strong passion for creating clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, with a focus on abstraction and refactoring
- Capability to influence architectural design and development
- Skilled in analyzing and troubleshooting production issues, with experience in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CICD)
- Familiarity with distributed systems and micro-services architecture
- Practical experience with RESTful web services, web applications, and transactional databases
- Background in enterprise integration services and exposure to API gateways
- Competence with Jira, Confluence, Gitlab, Docker, and Jenkins
- Experience in regulated financial organizations is a plus

Responsibilities
- Join a collaborative pod of developers and automation engineers, working under a product manager and scrum master
- Collaborate with product and business owners to gain insights into the business domain and recommend optimal design and implementation strategies
- Dedicate significant time to system design while still engaging substantially in hands-on development tasks
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of our client-facing web application, microservices, data architecture, databases, and their integrations
- Establish yourself as a subject matter expert in specific technical environments and develop frameworks or standards for best practices
- Provide estimations for large features and releases as necessary
- Decompose large feature sets into understandable components for other team members, guiding them towards successful implementations and fostering their capability to do so independently
- Achieve consensus and approval for technical designs with the Architecture Review Team
- Design and develop enterprise-level solutions tailored to specific business requirements, creating reusable frameworks and interfaces for future use
