Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field, or a High School Diploma with equivalent experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in software application development or maintenance
- Strong expertise in JEE and Enterprise Technologies including JMS, JDBC, Web development, and more
- Proficiency in designing and developing SpringBoot Microservices
- Familiarity with container architecture and Kubernetes orchestration
- In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, particularly ES6+ and asynchronous programming
- Experience with front-end technologies like React.js and state management libraries such as Redux or MobX
- Competence in using GITLAB for version control
- Background in Agile project methodologies
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Problem-solving aptitude and analytical thinking
Responsibilities
- Design and implement technical solutions that fulfill user functional and performance needs
- Ensure proactive maintenance of our Digital Banking applications and infrastructures
- Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing code defects and data issues
- Support the handling of complex and mission-critical applications
- Use judgment within established procedures to determine appropriate actions
- Lead small to medium-sized technical projects when needed
- Promote and enforce departmental best practices and standards
- Create and optimize real-time and file-based system integrations
- Strive to enhance developer experience and produce high-quality, maintainable code
- Advocate for refactoring and abstraction within the codebase
- Continuously seek to expand knowledge and assist team evolvement
- Mentor junior engineers and foster the technical growth of the team
