Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operational Support
- Alternatively, a High School Diploma or GED with 10 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operational Support
- At least 5 years of experience supporting the ServiceNow HRSD application in a technical or system administrator role (preferred)
- Previous informal leadership experience is advantageous
- Proven experience serving as a technical owner of an application
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with both functional and technical teams
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with an Agile work environment is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assume technical ownership, overseeing the development and testing teams while supporting ongoing operations and special projects
- Ensure user stories are accurately refined and sized for inclusion in relevant Sprints, while keeping development and testing efforts on schedule
- Collaborate with technical teams across the organization to ensure adherence to our established standards and processes
- Consult with the business to ascertain system requirements, documenting them through specifications, reports, project plans, or alternative formats
- Identify and address complex factors affecting system processes and ensure compliance through systematic monitoring and analysis
- Provide expert technical support for ServiceNow HRSD, answering inquiries and enhancing the overall end-user experience
- Address escalated and intricate support issues, while developing and implementing necessary modifications and enhancements
- Act as an analytical resource, offering insights on systems and data outputs to other business units
- Deliver strategic insights to senior management through comprehensive reporting based on data analysis, user feedback, and thorough testing
- Identify patterns, problems, and areas for improvement, and design process enhancements based on findings
