Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree along with 2 years of experience in Application Engineering or a High School Diploma/GED with 6 years of experience in Application Engineering
- Salesforce Admin Certification (ADM-201) preferred
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM-211) and Platform App Builder Experience preferred
- Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and the Lightning platform
- 2-4 years experience as a Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer
- Hands-on experience in release management and CI/CD pipelines preferred
- Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD tools like Copado, AutoRabit, Flosum, VS Code, Git, Azure, Ant, or Change Sets preferred
- Proficiency in engaging with business stakeholders to gather requirements and propose Salesforce solutions
- Experience in configuring and maintaining custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, formulas, and automation processes
- Understanding of user roles, profiles, and security settings
- Ability to discern when to use configuration versus code in solutions
- Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams with related methodologies and tools (JIRA, Azure)
- Capacity to assist with proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews and Release Updates
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in technical support documentation
- Experience in financial institution technology is preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide daily administration and configuration support for Salesforce instances to facilitate business operations
- Manage user setup, access, roles, profiles, and permissions, addressing risks and issues affecting release quality and schedule
- Optimize current systems or implement new technological solutions to enhance efficiency for the Bank
- Assist in coordinating, implementing, and maintaining customer solutions to identified issues
- Collaborate with different teams to ensure successful project execution and relationship management during application releases
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Salesforce technologies to offer informed support and advice
- Liaise effectively with associates, management, vendors, and business units to develop and sustain the Banks technology framework
