Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field and 10 years of experience in software application development and maintenance
- OR High School Diploma or GED with 14 years of experience in software application development and maintenance
- Expert knowledge in Java/JavaEE ecosystem including Spring, Spring Security, and Hibernate
- Proficiency in front-end technologies like Angular, React, and Node.js
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases
- Experience with ETL tools and messaging systems
- Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools
- Expertise in enterprise architecture and solution architecture
- Proficient in object-oriented analysis and design, and microservices architecture
- Strong grasp of security architecture and technical leadership
- Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
Responsibilities
- Provide software development support by creating utilities and optimizing processes for software projects
- Analyze software specifications to assess feasibility and recommend infrastructure changes
- Stay updated with technology trends to offer consultative guidance relevant to our Banks infrastructure
- Mentor team members on new technologies and best practices
- Offer technical advice and direction to associates, management, and project teams
- Align software development projects with strategic business objectives and technological frameworks
- Assist management in rolling out initiatives and strategies across the division

You will lead the implementation of software systems, consult on software evaluations, and ensure alignment with our long-term technology vision.
