Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 10 years in Application Development, Systems Engineering, or Information Technology management
- High School Diploma or GED with at least 14 years in Application Development, Systems Engineering, or Information Technology management
- Extensive hands-on experience in Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) with large-scale customer authentication platforms
- Proven track record in designing high-volume, consumer-grade identity systems for millions of users
- Strong familiarity with Open Banking and API security, including OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect
- Comprehensive understanding of Zero Trust architectures and application security
- Experience collaborating with technology risk, compliance, and audit teams in regulated settings
- Preferred background in digital banking modernization programs and legacy IAM transformation
- Automated security and architecture controls experience
- Strong enterprise architecture skills across various technology domains
- Solid stakeholder engagement capabilities with security and engineering teams
- Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
- Preferred certifications include CISSP, CCSP, SABSA, or TOGAF
Responsibilities
- Define and enhance the overall cybersecurity and identity architecture for customer-interaction and partnership platforms
- Lead the design and architecture of the banks Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) systems, focusing on onboarding, authentication, consent management, and identity lifecycle
- Create security frameworks for Open Banking and API ecosystems, managing third-party integrations and user data access
- Set enterprise standards and reusable architectural patterns for digital platforms and cloud environments
- Provide architectural oversight on key digital initiatives and serve as the cybersecurity and CIAM expert within governance forums
- Collaborate with Information Security, Technology Risk, Compliance, and Audit to ensure all architectures meet regulatory and compliance standards
- Champion the modernization and simplification of identity services to lessen risk and technical complexity
- Contribute to the advancement of architecture governance towards automated, policy-driven practices
