Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree with 4 years of experience in Systems Engineering and Programming
- High School Diploma or GED with 8 years of experience in Systems Engineering and Programming
- Strong knowledge of financial systems; experience with Digital Banking Platforms is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and documentation skills; effective in teamwork
- Proven leadership qualities and ability to work as a team player
- Advanced problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Solid understanding of performance testing concepts
- Proficiency in performance testing tools such as Neoload, Load Runner, and JMeter
- Extensive experience in analysis and diagnostics, going beyond mere tool execution
- Expertise in heap dump tooling
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages like Java or Python
- In-depth knowledge of system architecture, databases, and network protocols
- Experience in performance monitoring and tuning
Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives for performance testing, offering guidance and mentorship
- Develop and implement comprehensive performance test plans
- Analyze test outcomes to pinpoint performance issues and suggest optimization strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive performance enhancements
- Maintain and enrich performance testing scripts and tools
- Troubleshoot issues and conduct root cause analyses for performance bottlenecks
- Conduct performance test analysis and troubleshooting, including thread level and garbage collection analysis
- Identify failures and provide actionable recommendations for performance tuning
- Anticipate potential challenges, propose solutions, and drive continuous improvement in performance engineering practices
- Develop and execute performance testing strategies and frameworks
- Work closely with stakeholders to establish performance requirements and objectives
- Collaborate with US teams, cross-POD tech leads, and global stakeholders to synchronize performance goals
- Partner with Product and Development teams to gather non-functional requirements from business needs, ensuring they inform design and implementation
