Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience (High School Diploma with 10 years in Systems Engineering and Programming)
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in systems engineering or systems programming
- Proficiency in Java programming with a solid understanding of OOP principles
- Strong knowledge of enterprise systems and mobile application architecture
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Cucumber, Playwright, Appium, API testing frameworks)
- Familiarity with testing and defect management tools (JIRA, X-Ray, Test Ray)
- Experience with API testing tools like Postman or SoapUI
- Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD environments
- Proven track record in developing test cases, defect management, and conducting root cause analysis
Responsibilities
- Develop test automation scripts using Selenium for CIAM and Fraud Solutions
- Design, create, and maintain automated test scripts utilizing Java, Selenium, Cucumber, and TestNG
- Establish frameworks, platforms, and tools for comprehensive testing (functional, end-to-end, performance, load, UI, and API)
- Conduct database validation and perform backend testing as needed
- Provide precise project estimates and timelines
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to identify and rectify defects
- Contribute to risk management initiatives by diligently testing existing programs and policies
- Exhibit a strong understanding of Software Quality Assurance methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
- Lead and mentor less experienced team members in testing meetings
