Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree plus 6 years of experience in applications development, applications analysis, or systems engineering
- OR a High School Diploma or GED with 10 years of experience in the same fields
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise automation solutions using Automation Anywhere or UiPath
- Strong practical knowledge in automation architecture, bot development, and orchestration
- Experience with AI-integrated automation solutions, including document processing and NLP
- Familiarity with AI/ML principles and their application in automation workflows
- Skilled in API, microservices, and enterprise system integrations
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, .NET, or similar technologies
- Experience in leading technical teams and managing extensive automation programs
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, particularly Agile and Waterfall
- Background in process mining, task mining, or workflow orchestration technologies
- Automation Anywhere certification (Advanced RPA Professional or equivalent) or UiPath certification (Developer, Advanced Developer, or Solution Architect)
- Exposure to cloud platforms and AI services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Exceptional skills in stakeholder management and executive communication
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Experience in building or enhancing automation Centers of Excellence (CoE) models
Responsibilities
- Define and implement the enterprise automation strategy utilizing Automation Anywhere or UiPath
- Lead the complete delivery lifecycle of automation projects from discovery to deployment and support
- Identify and prioritize automation opportunities across business units focused on ROI and efficiency
- Design and oversee scalable automation architectures, frameworks, and reusable components
- Serve as the technical expert for Automation Anywhere or UiPath platforms, including orchestration and bot lifecycle management
- Conduct solution design reviews, code reviews, and uphold development standards and best practices
- Integrate automation solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, data platforms, and AI/ML services
- Drive the implementation of AI-powered automation use cases such as document processing, NLP workflows, and intelligent decision-making
- Utilize platform-native AI features including AI copilots, document AI, and generative AI integration
- Enable hybrid automation that combines RPA, AI agents, and human-in-the-loop workflows
- Mentor a team of developers, architects, and analysts, ensuring high-quality delivery and technical excellence
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple initiatives
- Establish and scale automation Center of Excellence practices, including governance and operational models
- Ensure adherence to enterprise SDLC, security, audit, and regulatory standards
- Implement frameworks for monitoring, logging, and reporting on automation performance and stability
- Promote platform standardization and a reduction of tool sprawl across the organization
- Encourage citizen development with proper governance and guidelines
- Continuously enhance automation solutions for improved performance, scalability, and resilience
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to align on roadmaps, capabilities, and innovation
