IT Manager - Network Support

- Oversee daily Network Operations for 700 branches and 60 large campus locations, ensuring secure and high-availability network connections - Manage the optimization and troubleshooting of network systems, including Cisco SD-WAN and Verizon Managed Versa SD-WAN - Supervise proactive maintenance activities such as IOS upgrades, capacity planning, and vulnerability remediation - Analyze network performance through analytics, KPIs, and real-time telemetry tools - Lead incident and problem management efforts, including root cause analysis and minimizing repeat outages - Collaborate in managing vendor services and circuit providers - Maintain operational documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base updates - Coordinate change management tasks with risk assessments and communicate effectively with business stakeholders - Monitor and report on Network Operations Service Level Agreements for requests, incidents, and tasks via ServiceNow - Support compliance with regulatory standards including PCI, SOX, and internal audits - Manage and mentor a team of technical network engineers, establishing clear goals and continuous learning opportunities - Cultivate an environment of accountability, high performance, and operational excellence - Identify opportunities for process improvements, tool enhancements, and increased efficiencies in network support - Promote customer-centric service delivery to ensure stability and reliability
