Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in software/technology Product Management or related fields such as strategic marketing or business management.
- Proven success in software/technology product management with a history of delivering features in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect business and engineering teams.
- Proficiency in utilizing data to extract product insights, assess risks, and present findings convincingly.
- Strong understanding of standard software development methodologies.
- Experience in launching products or features from inception to completion.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results, even in challenging situations.
Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the product strategy, ensuring clear goals and a long-term vision for your area of responsibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to meet product delivery and quality standards.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs), create a product roadmap, and draft user stories and requirements for your segment.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, addressing pain points to enhance product functionality.
- Contribute to fostering a customer-centric and product-oriented design culture.
- Support a thorough testing strategy by validating solutions through quality assurance and user acceptance testing.
- Create metrics to evaluate the success of new features and identify improvements.
