Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in pad printing
- Strong understanding of inks, curing processes, clichés, pads, solvents, and adhesion requirements
- Capable of independently setting up, operating, and troubleshooting pad printing equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and consistency in work
- Strong problem-solving abilities and mechanical skills
- Reliable and punctual with the ability to adhere to established processes
- Experience printing on plastic materials like ABS, PC, and PP is advantageous

Responsibilities
- Operate pad printing machinery to apply logos, text, and graphics on plastic components
- Conduct daily setup, alignment, inking, and adjustments to fixtures
- Mix inks and catalysts in line with specifications, with a preference for color-matching experience
- Perform quality inspections to ensure printed materials meet customer expectations
- Troubleshoot defects such as misalignment, smearing, ghosting, or adhesion issues
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and supplies
- Collaborate closely with production and quality teams to ensure efficient printing processes
- Assist in enhancing fixtures, changing jigs, and documenting processes
