Requirements
Must:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in systems analysis methodologies including data analysis, data mapping, flowcharting, use case development, story writing, system setup/configuration, user acceptance testing, and product documentation
- Excellent conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize findings and develop practical recommendations
- Proven ability to lead analysis of business systems and processes to identify user needs, document requirements, and address operational/process enhancements to meet business goals
- Demonstrated expertise in translating non-technical documentation into technical specifications for database/data projects
- Strong data analysis skills to research and document existing and future systems
- Proficiency in SQL and/or Python for data analysis and validation; understanding of SOAP and REST APIs is a plus
- Experience in ETL projects
- Solid understanding of database design concepts and experience with platforms such as Oracle, Snowflake, AWS S3, and similar technologies
- Familiarity with Agile delivery models (SCRUM and/or Kanban)
- Exceptional communication skills for conveying data insights to business partners clearly and translating business needs into detailed technical specifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams and disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Join our agile development squad to provide analytical expertise in managing data within enterprise database platforms
- Gather requirements and conduct data analysis to modernize the data platform
- Analyze existing solutions and contribute to the evolution of our data infrastructure
- Collaborate with data stewards and CRM partners to design and integrate business events such as mergers, acquisitions, and data quality improvements
- Systematically automate integration of business events into data pipelines
- Deliver data-driven coverage planning while minimizing manual interventions and enhancing cross-platform alignment
- Provide leadership in translating and clarifying documentation for database and data projects.
- Ensure that findings and insights are effectively communicated to business partners using a clear, focused approach.
