Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Finance, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related technology field.
- Demonstrable professional experience as a Systems Analyst for software solutions.
- Brokerage experience required, with familiarity in account management capabilities strongly preferred.
- Proven experience researching, optimizing, developing, and authoring solution requirements, user stories, and specifications for moderate to complex software systems.
- Solid understanding and experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) and programming in general.
- Proficiency with SQL tools and querying relational databases.
- Proven experience working with REST, SOAP, JSON, Splunk, and APIs.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills.
Responsibilities
As a Systems Analyst within our Workplace Investing Data Engineering and Exchange AI Delivery Chapter team, you will play a key role in implementing and enhancing technical solutions for our intelligent unified answer platform product. This position is dynamic and requires you to collaborate with your teammates on the development team and peer data scientists. Your focus will be on partnering with data scientists and business partners to design, develop, and deploy full-stack AI search and process automation solutions. You will have the opportunity to work on an innovation-driven agile development team to build, innovate, and deploy high business value AI-powered solutions that improve the operations for our associates.
