Senior Systems Analyst - Smithfield

- 5-7+ years of experience in Systems Analysis within the IT sector, preferably in financial services. - Strong background in data analysis, data modeling, and hands-on experience with Oracle/Postgres or other relational databases. - Familiarity with Snowflake data warehousing and analytics is preferred. - Proven experience in designing, managing, and troubleshooting batch processing systems for extensive data workflows in both cloud-based and on-premises environments. - Proficient in systems development methodologies and formal documentation processes; Agile/Scrum/Kanban experience is mandatory. - A Bachelor’s degree is required, ideally in a technology-related field. - Knowledge in API Development & Testing, AWS (Cloud) Implementation, and Data Design is essential, with a strong preference for experience in UI Design and Workflow/Process Automation. - Excellent analytical, facilitation, and communication skills. - Ability to thrive in a highly matrixed environment, coordinating with multiple partners, technical groups, Centers of Excellence (COEs), squads, product areas, and domains. - Experience in environments with numerous applications and integrations. - Demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively across multi-functional teams. - A technical problem solver adept at navigating fast-paced environments, encouraging collaboration, and supporting capabilities across product areas and domains. - A proactive learner eager to contribute to a high-performing team. - Solid understanding of the financial services industry acquired through training and practical experience. - Strong interpersonal skills, including negotiation, communication, leadership, and influence. - Flexible and agile, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines while making project adjustments to effectively manage and prioritize tasks in high-pressure situations. - Capable of building strong networks within the organization to ensure successful work completion. - Exceptional multitasking abilities across a range of tasks and responsibilities. - Competence in taking the initiative to manage and resolve issues promptly.
