Requirements
Must:
I am looking for candidates who can enhance customer experience for both internal and external partners. You should have familiarity with various light automation tools (preferably RPA: Blue Prism, Power Automate, and macro development) and be comfortable working with SQL queries. A minimum of 12 months’ experience in the design, configuration, testing, and support of automated processes and data reporting is essential. I expect you to have experience collaborating closely with business functions, developing and analyzing requirements, creating test cases, and preparing reports and user guides. You should possess the ability to challenge the existing processes and suggest new opportunities to business partners. Excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities are required, along with a strong attention to detail. The ability to work independently while managing multiple projects, as well as collaborating effectively within a team, is important.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders and process owners across Fidelity Charitable to comprehend and assist in developing their automated solution designs, ensuring adherence to RPA/UDA technical requirements. You'll support businesses with opportunity assessments, identifying and prioritizing processes suitable for automation. Assisting business units in retrieving and analyzing necessary data will be part of your responsibilities. You will serve as a central knowledge point and control owner for automation capabilities, aiding in the development and testing of proof-of-concept initiatives. Additionally, you will provide support and resolve any production incidents or outages related to automated solutions, while thoroughly documenting business processes.
