Requirements
Must:
We require a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field such as computer science, statistics, behavioral science, data science, or physics. Experience in data cleaning, manipulation, and analysis is preferred. You should demonstrate enthusiasm to work hard and achieve results in a fast-paced environment, and possess the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively with teammates and external contacts. Strong analytical and research skills are essential, along with being a highly motivated self-starter who is confident, independent, and capable of working without close supervision. Attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial. Some proficiency in Python or SQL is also preferable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational abilities, and the capacity to network and establish relationships across multiple groups are required. We look for individuals who desire to be an engaged member of an organization committed to innovation and continuous improvement, and who can organize and present ideas logically and concisely to a diverse audience.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will help support team data collection, data cleaning, research initiatives, and data labeling. You will collaborate with product and data science teams to deliver high-quality solutions for business problems and be an enthusiastic advocate for Saifr, demonstrating a passion for the product.
