Requirements
Must:
- 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, security, and architecture
- Infrastructure software development and automation skills in Python
- Proven experience with virtual network and security constructs of AWS and/or Azure
- Cisco CCNA/CCNP/CCSE certification is desirable
- Network security experience and certifications are a plus
- Expertise in cloud networking and security constructs (DMZ)
- In-depth knowledge of AWS or Azure cloud technologies
- Proven in-depth knowledge of IP routing, firewalls, load balancers, proxies, and DNS
- Knowledge of cloud PaaS service integration
- Experience with ITSM practices (Change/Incident/Problem)
- Advocate for and practitioner of infrastructure-as-code
- Proficiency in Python/Ansible/SDN programming
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Responsibilities
We are looking for a “hands-on” Cloud Network and On-prem Engineer to join our Network Triage and Troubleshooting Team (NTT). This team is responsible for triaging and troubleshooting high severity issues that impact Fidelity Investments and our external customers. Your role will involve addressing a range of issues from network down devices to application slowness and connectivity problems, ultimately working to identify and mitigate these issues as quickly as possible to ensure the best customer experience.
