Requirements

Must:
- I have over 10 years of experience in Systems Analysis, with a strong grasp of data-intensive applications. - I hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline. - I am experienced in working within a Full Stack environment, including the UI, Middleware, and Database layers. - I have demonstrated proficiency in collaborating with business users, technical teams, and project managers to gather requirements, clarify data rules, and resolve discrepancies. - I possess excellent analytical skills and can solve problems and navigate ambiguous situations by making timely, fact-based decisions. - I have experience interviewing and extracting high-quality business requirements from stakeholders. - Familiarity with Snowflake and PostgreSQL is preferable. - I am knowledgeable about Scrum methodology and confident in my SQL abilities. - I have a passion for data analysis and excel in navigating complex transactional and warehouse databases. - I have experience with RESTful Web APIs. - I am skilled in relationship management and facilitation with a keen attention to detail. - I can manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment and have a collaborative work style with a customer service focus.

Responsibilities

- I will provide leadership on a complex Territory Management Conversion & Client Infrastructure initiative that aims to enhance the strategic client and territory data experience for our FI Sales clients, supporting the 2027 streamlined sales segmentation coverage models. - I will collaborate with the CRM Sales team to execute the Phase 2 CRM workstream, involving the end-to-end design and integration of client hierarchies, territory logic, and segmentation rules. - My role will include driving timely, data-driven coverage planning while minimizing manual intervention and enhancing alignment across platforms. - I will take part in designing solutions, conducting data analysis, and innovating through collaboration across various groups to ensure successful deliveries to our clients. - I will lead complex systems analysis projects and effectively influence business partners to develop actionable recommendations that align with business needs. - I will facilitate requirements elicitation sessions with business partners and actively drive backlog refinement processes, ensuring alignment with agile and cloud-first methodologies.

In this role, I will join a new data squad dedicated to transforming the existing Territory Management experience and client infrastructure. I will partner closely with our Data Swarm (Bsharks & Tech Mavericks) and CRM Salesforce Delivery squads to establish the data integration center for customer relationship management (CRM) within FI.
